A little
about me.

A little about me.

I’m a multidisciplinary product designer and art director based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across digital products, entertainment, connected fitness, and creative agencies, including Roblox, Netflix, Tonal, and AKQA.

The part of the work I like most is where how something works meets how it feels. I like taking a messy problem, finding the connections in it, and shaping it into something that is useful, intuitive, and thoughtfully crafted.

How I think and work

I approach design with curiosity, an appreciation for detail, and a willingness to explore beyond familiar solutions.

My background spans product strategy, interaction design, visual design, art direction, motion, and systems thinking. I like moving between disciplines and between different scales of a problem, from early concepts and big-picture direction to the details that bring an experience together.

I believe good design comes from understanding both the people using something and the systems that make it possible. I value collaboration, experimentation, and the moments when a complicated problem finally becomes clear.

Always curious

Outside of work, I love photography and film, and I’m a lifelong collector of ideas, objects, and experiences.

I’ve spent much of my career designing for screens, but I began in print and kept a love of things that are tactile and analog: film cameras, mechanical watches, printed matter, and objects made with care and intention. I appreciate the craftsmanship, history, and small details that give things character.

Away from work, I’m a husband and dad who loves exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and sharing discoveries and experiences with my family. Some of my favorite moments happen when I’m nowhere near a screen.

That curiosity carries into my own creative experiments, too. I enjoy building small apps, exploring new tools, and learning new ways to make things, sometimes with a specific purpose and sometimes simply to see where an idea leads.

What’s next

I’m interested in opportunities to create thoughtful, engaging digital experiences with people who value curiosity, collaboration, and craft.

Whether it’s a complex product challenge, an unconventional idea, or a conversation about something interesting, I’m always happy to connect.
